Terms of use

Effective 15 October 2026

These terms are an agreement between you and Zembraa, registered in Tunisia ("we", "us"), for your use of Intervyo on the web and in our mobile apps. By creating an account or using Intervyo, you agree to these terms and to our privacy policy.

1. What Intervyo is

Intervyo is a practice tool. An AI interviewer talks with you, and the app gives you feedback, drills and progress tracking to help you prepare for job interviews. Intervyo is not a recruiter, does not share your results with employers and does not predict hiring decisions.

2. Who can use it

You must be at least 16 years old. You're responsible for your account and for keeping access to your email address secure, because we sign you in with one-time codes sent to it.

3. AI feedback

Interviews, scores, reports and suggested answers are generated by AI. They can be incomplete or wrong, and they reflect a practice session, not your ability or your chances of getting a job. Use them as one input in your preparation, not as professional career, legal or financial advice. The interviewer is an AI and will tell you so if you ask.

4. Your content

You own what you upload and say: your CV, job descriptions, answers and recordings. You give us a limited licence to store and process this content only to provide Intervyo to you, as described in the privacy policy. Only upload content you have the right to use, and don't upload other people's personal data without permission.

5. Acceptable use

Don't use Intervyo to:

We may suspend or close accounts that break these rules.

6. Plans, payments and cancellation

7. Availability and changes

We work to keep Intervyo available and accurate, but it's provided "as is" and may be interrupted, change or lose features. We may update these terms; if a change is significant, we'll tell you in the app or by email before it applies. If you keep using Intervyo after that, the new terms apply.

8. Ending your use

You can stop using Intervyo and delete your account at any time (how to delete your account). We may end or suspend your access if you break these terms or if we stop offering the service, in which case we'll give you reasonable notice and a chance to export your data where we can.

9. Liability

To the extent the law allows, we aren't liable for indirect or consequential losses, such as a missed job opportunity, or for decisions you make based on AI feedback. Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited by law, or your rights as a consumer under the laws of your country.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Tunisia. If you're a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring claims in your local courts.
